The College is running in sprawling blocks built in the scenic rural back ground
of Massive mango trees and spreading paddy fields. Connected by a wide pukka road
of 1.2 kms to the Bhadrak Chandbali road near Allinagar, the college is easily accessible
from both Bhadrak bus stand and Bhadrak Railway Station .

The filled application
and DDs should be sent to GCES office. Students should safe guard the payment receipt
of D.D. And photocopy of it.
If student fails to appear in the
examination, the fee is not refundable but candidate can reappear in next academic
year.
For internal submission students
must come to GCES. Submissions through C.D., D.V.D, or online is not allowed. Submission
must be made on or before the prescribed date.
Submissions should be made before
the 15 days of examination date. Submissions will not be received while 30 days
reaming for examination. In case of change of subject or department candidate must
pay 1000/- Rs of fee.
Marks sheets will not sent in post.
Students by in person should collect the marks sheet from GCES office.
